Rainmaking Advantage Coaching Program
Great players have good coaches. It’s no different when it comes to your firm’s business development. We help firm’s grow revenue by providing one on one coaching for rainmakers, potential rainmakers and others at the firm who are worth the firm’s investment.
The coaching program begins with a one on one assessment and continues for one year with monthly meetings and calls to provide support, sales strategy consulting, and to keep the process on track.
Monthly updates are provided at the end of each meeting and ongoing consultation in between scheduled meetings is part of the program.
Our coaches are trained, seasoned sales experts who have worked exclusively with law firms and accounting firms. Each coach has also been a commissioned, highly successful sales professional and has direct experience working in an AmLaw 100 firm.
Program components:
- Group sales training
- Initial individual coaching session
- Monthly scheduled follow up coaching sessions in person or by phone
- Coach formal written feedback for management
- Formal contact tracking and pipeline reports
